Description

Join us for the fourth 2026 update in a series, now called the Federal and State Update. Federal updates are presented by Jeff Genzer, Partner, Duncan Weinberg Genzer & Pembroke and NAESCO's General Counsel. State updates are presented by Natasha Shah, NAESCO's Senior Vice President of Government Strategy. 

These member-only webinars provide in-depth analyses of pending Federal legislation and Trump Administration policies on energy and climate issues. They focus on renewable energy and energy efficiency as well as tax and other incentives that will have an impact on your business. The current State advocacy initiatives and activities will also be presented.  

Registration is free. You will receive a separate Zoom invitation with a link to the webinar about a week prior to the event.
